Part 1
GENERAL RULES
The general rules apply to the whole of Genaisse.
0-1- It is interdict to make explicit propaganda for or counters a political

0-7- The PRIVATE TRANSPORT must be used correctly. All abuses or harassing of

INSCRIPTION
1-1- At the time of your inscription, it is asked to you not to use the pseudo

SUBJECTS
Subjects are create by various members of the forum in order to begin the

following sanctions can be applied:

RESPETO
5-1- el equipo de moderación está allí para hacer respetar sus normas.

Se sanciona mucho combatir los moderadores o tiene el equipo de moderación.

incumplimiento.
5-3- un miembro excluido que se reinscribe sobre el lugar será de nuevo
excluido. Disponemos de las direcciones IP de cada miembro a fin el situarles
mejor. Un miembro inscrito no tiene pues ningún interés en reinscribirse. La
dirección sirve también para describir a los prestatarios de servicios
Internet a fin de colocar las denuncias de abuso cuando necesario.

5-12- se consideran el Spam y el correo electrónico flooding como abusos. La
utilización abusiva por un miembro de Genaisse del courriel privado o la caja
de mensaje privado de uno o de varios otros miembros se sancionará.
5-13- la reproducción en la zona pública, entera o parcialmente, del
contenido de un mensaje privado SIN la autorización previa del autor está
prohibida.
IRL Y ENCUENTROS REELLES
Genaisse.com declina todas las responsabilidades relativas a los encuentros
reales. El foro no hay ni en patrocinador, ni acreditando la veracidad, hay u
organizándolo sobre su identidad. IRLES y los encuentros reales son
iniciativas privadas en exterior de toda relación con el foro.
Parte 3
Este Reglamento puede modificarse en todo momento y sin preaviso.
El viejo proverbio que dice que todo lo que no está prohibido está permitido

Parte 4
SANCIONES
Todo incumplimiento a los Reglamentos, o repite podría sancionarse. Las
sanciones siguientes pueden aplicarse:
- Moderación de mensaje/censura (el contenido de su mensaje es modificado
parcialmente/censurado)
- Supresión de mensaje
- Supresión de tema
- Desactivación de la cuenta usuaria con duración
- Destierro definitivo del foro.
En el caso de los destierros y la desactivación, toda violación de la
"cuarentena" y todas las reinscripciones se verán rechazada SIN PREAVISO.

0-1- es ist verboten, von der ausdrücklichen Propaganda für oder gegen eine
politische Partei zu machen, ein politischer Strom oder ein Politiker. Aber es
ist gut klar, daß über Politik zu sprechen erlaubt ist sowohl, als auch man
darüber ruhig spricht.
Dieser Punkt der Verordnung findet ebenfalls auf die Religionen Anwendung.
0-2- die sms-Sprache ist nicht willkommen aus Gründen des Verständnisses und
Klarheit in den Titeln und in der Mitteilung Ausgang eines Themas.
Wenn die Mitteilungen in sms-Sprache verboten werden, ist ihre Übersetzung es
auch. Die Benutzer werden gebeten, davon die Regulatoren zu benachrichtigen
und nicht mehr zu intervenieren. Ihr Seelenbonté, das die Schriftklarheit der
neuen (und alt) Mitglieder nicht ermutigt, ist für das Forum schädlich.
0-3- versuchen sowohl als auch möglich, die Themen des Beginns der Themen
nicht umzuleiten. Außerhalb des Themas ist zu vermeiden. Die Themen dürfen
sich nicht in Unterhaltung Stil MSN umwandeln.
0-4- DAS PUBLICITE IST AUF DEM STANDORT VERBOTEN. Die Themen von
Werbecharakter werden automatisch gelöscht, und ihre Autoren werden durch
privaten Versand (MP) unterrichtet. Der Rückfall wird das fehlerhafte einem
möglichen Ausschluß des Standortes aussetzen.
0-5- DIE VERBINDUNGEN SIND IN DEN FOREN, DEN UMFRAGEN, DEN TITELN, DEN
PSEUDONYMEN, DEN UNTERSCHRIFTEN UND DEN VERÄNDERUNGEN UND ALLEN ANDEREN
ENAISSE-ELEMENTEN VERBOTEN.
0-6- die CYBER- EINSCHÜCHTERUNG ist formell verboten. Die Autoren UND die
Teilnehmer an solchen Themen/Mitteilungen werden ausgeschlossen UND können
von den Opfern und den Familien der Opfer verfolgt werden. In diesem Fall
werden die Eigentümer des Standortes und hébergeur verpflichtet, den
Behörden die IP-Adressen zu liefern, die in den Mitteilungen mit den
fehlerhaften getränkt wurden. Die cyber- Einschüchterung ist ein sehr
ernstes Verbrechen und wird KEINESWEGS TOLERIERT.
0-7- der PRIVATE VERSAND muß richtig benutzt werden. Alle Mißbräuche oder
Belästigung ein oder mehrerer Mitglieder wird sich streng sanktioniert sehen.
Seine Benutzung ist nur für den Austausch zwischen den Mitgliedern erlaubt.
Jede Benutzung des Versandes zu Werbungs- oder Werbezwecken wird sich sofort
sanktioniert sehen.
0-8- alle Unregelmäßigkeiten, die von den Benutzern bemerkt wurden von,
Genaisse müssen den mäßigenden Verwaltern oder des Forums mitgeteilt
werden. Die öffentlichen Diskussionen und remontrances "Art Miliz" auf den
Unregelmäßigkeiten oder Verstößen gegen die vorliegende Verordnung dürfen
nicht stattfinden.
Teil 2
EINSCHREIBUNG
1-1- bei Ihrer Einschreibung wird Ihnen verlangt, keine Pseudo- zu benutzen,
die auf die Politik, auf die Religion oder auf das Geschlecht verweisen, und
dies in irgendeiner Sprache, daß es ist, (zu machendes nicht schon gesehenes
Beispiel: Gott oder GoergeBush).
1-2- aus Gründen der Sicherheit Ihr pseudos dürfen Ihre arget1_0_adressen
MSN Yahoo (oder anderer Versand) sowie Ihre Postadressen oder Ihren
Familienamen nicht angeben.
Ein ein das Pseudo- Mitglied, nicht über verfügt, wird entsprechend
aufgefordert, sich auf dem Standort neu einzuschreiben nach, daß sein Konto
abgeschafft worden ist.
UNTERSCHRIFTEN UND VERÄNDERUNGEN
Die Unterschriften sind auf 100 Charaktere begrenzt. Ihre Unterschrift wird
gewöhnlich jede Ihrer Mitteilungen begleiten. Die Unterschrift graphisch
dürfen nicht 150 Pixel des oberen Teiles durch 500 von breitem
überschreiten
Die Veränderungen müssen den guten Geschmack und die Verordnungen über die
Benutzerfreundlichkeit respektieren. Vermeiden also die Veränderungen von
nacktem ausdrückliche, politische, gore, usw.. Die Größe der Veränderungen
ist auf 150 begrenzt Pixel von breitem durch 160 Pixel des oberen Teiles
achten also darauf, die folgenden spezifischen Regeln für die Veränderungen
und die Unterschriften zu respektieren.
2-1- es ist verboten, rassistische, diskriminierende, geschlechtliche
Absichten oder nicht in Zusammenhang mit dem benutzerfreundlichen Geist des
Standortes zu stellen und dies sowohl in den Unterschriften und den

FOREN
Es gibt 13 Sektionen über den Standort, der jede mehrere Titel enthält. Es

Jeder Titel enthält Themen, die Sie um Sie befragen können zu informieren
oder auf zu reagieren, was vorher geschrieben worden ist.
Die neuesten Themen werden an Listenanfang gesetzt.
THEMEN
Themen entstehen von verschiedenen Mitgliedern des Forums, um die Debatte zu
präzisen Themen zu eröffnen. Um bestimmte Abweichungen, danke zu vermeiden
die folgenden Regeln zu respektieren.
3-1- um ein neues Thema zu schaffen gehe ich in die angemessene Sektion, und
ich clique auf NEUEM, um ein neues Thema einzuführen.
3-2- bevor ich ein neues Thema schaffe, ich gewährleiste, daß das Thema
nicht bereits zur Sprache gebracht worden ist. In diesem Fall begebe ich mich
ins alte Thema um, meinen Sichtpunkt darin anzuführen.
3-3- die Titel der Themen müssen in der Maßnahme des Möglichen in
französisch und in einer verständlichen Sprache geschrieben werden (schon
gesehenes Beispiel "Exe nicht zu reproduzieren vou, das Laus gewesen wird,
oder erzählt das avorten").
3-4- die Autoren neuer Themen müssen sich klar und verständlich von allen
ausdrücken um, daß jedes Mitglied in der Lage ist, die Mitteilung zu
begreifen und geeignet ist, darauf angepaßt zu antworten. Im gegenteiligen
Fall wird der Autor sein geschlossenes Thema sehen und wird aufgefordert, ein
neues Thema um seine Mitteilung zu schaffen, zu klären. Seine geschlossene
Mitteilung wird danach gelöscht.
3-5- die Themen an Geschlechtskonnotation werden durch die Regulatoren
untersucht, die beschließen werden, wenn sie ja oder nicht haben ihre Stellen
auf dem Forum. Der Standort verfügt über eine Sexualitätssektion, aber
alles ist nicht dort erlaubt.
3-6- nicht, wird die Schaffung eines Themas toleriert, das direkt eines
anvisiert, oder eine Benutzergruppe im Ziel, das ihnen schädlich sein
könnte.
3-7- Thema Vorstellung: Die Vorstellung ist fakultativ, aber, wenn Sie zu
wünschen, Ihnen vorzustellen eins Thema allein pro Person ausreichend ist, um
sich vorzustellen. Lors von der Schaffung des Vorstellungsthemas es durch Ihr
Pseudonym zu benennen.
3-8- Photothema: EINS EINZIGES Photothema pro Person ist erlaubt und dies, um
die Anzahl des Themas zu begrenzen.
MITTEILUNGEN
Es ist Ihnen möglich, auf eine Mitteilung oder auf ein Thema zu antworten und
Sie zu einem Thema auszudrücken in cliquant auf ZU ANTWORTEN. Jedoch sind Sie
nicht frei, zu sagen, was Sie wollen, und bestimmte Regeln aufgestellt worden
sind.
4-1- DIE AUTOREN CYBER-DOIGTS (ODER ANGEGLICHEN), WERDEN IMMEDIATEMENT VOM
STANDORT AUSGESCHLOSSEN SEIN. Die cyber- Finger sind beurteilt worden als, die
gegenüber den Mitgliedern des Forums beleidigen, und die Beleidigungen
verboten.
4-2- Ihre Mitteilungen müssen in einer verständlichen Sprache von allen
geschrieben werden. Die sms-Sprache wird in sicheren toleriert Grenz-. Die
gänzlich unverständlichen Mitteilungen werden gelöscht.
4-3- die Mitteilungen beleidigenden, rassistischen, diskriminierend oder nicht
in Zusammenhang mit dem benutzerfreundlichen Geist des Standortes sind
verboten. DIE AUTOREN VON EG ART VON MITTEILUNGEN WERDEN UNTERRICHTET SIEHE
SELBE AUSGESCHLOSSEN VOM STANDORT.
4-4- AUS GRÜNDEN DER SICHERHEIT IST ES IHNEN VERBOTEN, IHRE KOORDINIERT TEL
ZU LASSEN, DASS ADRESSEN E-MAIL, VERSAND- (MSN, YAHOO USW.),
ELEPHONE-ADRESSEN, PERSÖNLICH ODER POSTADRESSE IN IHREN MITTEILUNGEN.
4-5- die Werbung ist auf dem Standort verboten. Jede Werbung wird gelöscht,
und der Autor der Mitteilung wird unterrichtet. In der Werbungsinterpretation
enthalten ist: das racollage, das Rekrutieren, welches, daß er ist, so wie,
alle Beanspruchenformen. Auch begriffen wird, daß diese Verordnung auf die
öffentlichen und privaten Zonen und Privés-Mitteilungen von Genaisse.com.
Seuls Anwendung findet die Eigentümer von Genaisse.com die Förderung der
anderen durch das Unternehmen überwachten Standorte oder jeder anderen
Standorte oder Produkte machen dürfen.
4-6- DIE VERBINDUNGEN SIND FORMELL AUF DEM STANDORT VERBOTEN. Ein Mitglied,
das eine Verbindung lassen wird, wird unterrichtet dann ausgeschlossen in
Rückfallfall.
Ein Ort für Ihren persönlichen Standort ohne Erwerbszweck ist in Ihrem
Profil vorgesehen. Genaisse.com ist nicht verantwortlich für die
Verbindungen, die in den Profilen angegeben sind.
Die Verbindungen für eine humanitäre Ursache werden im Teil toleriert, der
für diesen Gebrauch reserviert ist.
4-7- flood ist verbietet ebenfalls. Das heißt: die Veröffentlichung mehrerer
Folgemitteilungen im selben Thema oder Mitteilungen zu schreiben, die
nacheinander soeben ein simley haben oder ein Wort. In diesem Konzept das
Themaréplication im selben oder verschiedenen Forum eingeschlossen wird.
4-8- die Veröffentlichung von Seriesnummern oder jede andere Information
über, wie cracker pirater oder die Sicherheit einer geschützten Software zu
umgehen formell verboten ist. Die Veröffentlichung von Informationen, die
dazu führen, sich sie durch die Vermittlung zu verschaffen von, Genaisse ist

4-9- die Veröffentlichung der Software, piratés Karteien oder der Mittel,
die erlauben, sich diese Letzten zu verschaffen, unterliegt denselben
bedingungen wie für Punkt 4-8.
RESPEKT
5-1- das Mäßigungsteam ist dort, um seine Regeln respektieren zu lassen. Sie
ist Schiedsrichter und kommt nie auf ihre Entscheidungen zurück. Das dient
also nichts, gegen die Entscheidungen der Regulatoren zu protestieren.
Sich an den Regulatoren haben anzugreifen oder das Mäßigungsteam
sanktioniert stark.
5-2- der Respekt von andere ist eine große Tugend von Genaisse. Die
Nichtbeachtung wird also verboten.
5-3- ein ausgeschlossenes Mitglied, das sich auf dem Standort neu einschreibt,
wird von neuem Ausgeschlossenem sein. Wir verfügen über die IP-Adressen
jedes Mitgliedes, um Sie besser zu entdecken. Ein eingetragenes Mitglied hat
also kein Interesse, sich neu einzuschreiben. Die Adresse dient auch dazu, die
Dienstanbieter Internet um die Mißbrauchsklagen nachzuzeichnen, zu setzen,
wenn notwendig.
5-4- es gibt Bergarbeiter auf dem Standort. An jedem von uns am Inhalt unserer
Absichten um nicht sie aufzupassen zu schockieren.
5-5- die Pornographie und die Geschlechtslasterhaftigkeit sind auf dem
Standort verboten.
5-6- die Mitteilungsautoren Pädophile gehen das Risiko ein zu sein
strafrechtlich verfolgt.
5-7- das französische Gesetz verbietet den großjährigen Personen,
Bergarbeiter unter 15 Jahren zu kontaktieren. Dieses Gesetz ist anwendbar auch

5-8- es ist verboten, die Leute auf ihrer Art zu verurteilen, sich
auszudrücken oder zu schreiben. Einzig haben die Regulatoren das Recht zu
intervenieren, um ein Mitglied zu einzuladen, sich besser auszudrücken.
5-9- die großgeschriebene Schrift ist schlecht auf Diskussionsforen gekommen,
denn sie wird an Zorn angeglichen.
5-10- Genaisse ist ein Jugendlichstandort, es ist also unnötig, in großen
Charakteren zu schreiben.
5-11- die Benutzung der privaten Mitteilungen ist geneigt zu denselben
Verordnungen, daß in der öffentlichen Zone von Genaisse. Die Mißbräuche
können auf das Mäßigungsteam vertagt werden, und Maßnahmen können
Schraubenschraube der Mißbräuche genommen werden.
5-12- Spam und die Allee werden flooding als Mißbräuche angesehen. Die
mißbräuchliche Benutzung durch ein Mitglied von Genaisse vom privaten
courriel, oder von der Kiste privater Mitteilung von einem oder mehrere andere
Mitglieder sanktioniert wird.
5-13- die Reproduktion in der öffentlichen Zone in Gesamtheit oder in Teil
vom Inhalt einer privaten Mitteilung OHNE die vorherige Genehmigung des Autors
ist verboten.
IRL UND REELLES-ZUSAMMENKÜNFTE
Genaisse.com lehnt ab alle Verantwortung, was die wirklichen Zusammenkünfte
betrifft. Das Forum nimmt daran weder in Sponsor, noch indem es die
Wahrhaftigkeit akkreditiert der Personen teil daran, die teilnehmen, oder es,
die auf ihrer Identität organisieren. Die IRL und die wirklichen
Zusammenkünfte sind private Initiativen in Äußerem jeder Beziehung mit dem
Forum.
Teil 3
Diese Verordnung kann und jederzeit ohne Voranmeldung geändert werden.
Das alte Sprichwort, das sagt, daß alles, was nicht verboten ist ist FALSCHER
erlaubt OSTEN. Auf Genaisse all, das nicht verboten ist es sein kann.

Teil 4
SANKTIONEN
Jeder Verstoß gegen die Verordnungen oder wird rückfällig könnte
sanktioniert werden. Die folgenden Sanktionen können angewendet werden:
- Mäßigung der Mitteilung/Zensur (der Inhalt Ihrer Mitteilung wird zum Teil
geändert/zensiert)
- Mitteilungsabschaffung
- Themaabschaffung
- Abklingenlassen des Benutzerkontos mit Dauer
- Endgültige Verbannung des Forums.
Im Falle der Verbannungen und vom Abklingenlassen werden sich jede
Übertretung "der Vierzig" und alle Wiedereinschreibungen OHNE VORANMELDUNG
verbannt sehen.
